Linda J. Francis serves as Specialty Managers Group’s Systems Control Manager.

Education

Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics (Computational Math emphasis) from Northern Illinois University and a Solution Consultant Certificate in Project Management from SAP.

Career

Since joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Francis has implemented claims management functionality into the software and creates/modifies database queries and reports for third-party reporting requirements. Her extensive prior experiences as a software project manager, business analyst, and software developer within the telecommunications industry have enabled Ms. Francis to effectively automate and control the day-to-day underwriting and policy management operations within the firm. In addition, Ms. Francis coordinates the risk review program and Certificates of Insurance issuance, while providing data entry and a control function within the underwriting and cash management processes.
