ABOUT NATALIE ZANDO

Natalie R. Zando is Specialty Manager Group’s (SMG) Underwriting Manager.

Education
Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois in 2004. Ms. Zando earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation in 2010 and her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation in 2012. An active member of the CPCU Society, Ms. Zando previously chaired the New Designee Committee.

Career
Since joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Zando has underwritten alongside Mitch Sellett and Jason Peterson. Her primary underwriting duties include rating development and policy issuance. Natalie also participates in the development and implementation of the marketing plan and advertising campaign for SMG, as well as providing technical support for the reinsurance placement. She serves as the program’s liaison with all policyholders and their broker representatives.
